Help please

Hello everyone

So we have booked to go back to DLP in April (7th-11th) and will be staying at Cheyenne Hotel. I have few questions here if anyone can help me with

1. Breakfast in park - would you recommend this over breakfast at the hotel? what time do u think is best?

2. Lilo and Stitch - where is best to meet them? Both my DS (6 and 3) are Lilo and Stitch fans. We will be arriving on Sunday at 7pm so the sunday brunch is out of the equation.

3. Tea party with characters - I am planning to have a tea party with characters for one of the days. any recommendation for the best one?

4. Laundry - How much does it costs to do the laundry at Cheyenne hotel?

Thanks a lot in advance

I prefer breakfast in the park, we always get the earliest slot possible.

They aren't doing the tea party anymore

Park breakfast is of the same standard as the moderate hotels, so kindof a free breakfast upgrade, definately worth doing at least once if it's available.
Time wise we've always gone for 8.30/9.00 so we catch maybe half or so of EMH afterwards, it may come down to what times are available as you can only request it at check in.

You can see Stitch in the Studios, I often see him wandering about. He's also with Lilo in a car in the Stars and Cars drive pass again the Studios but afaik they no longer stop and sign now. Someone else can confirm

Afternoon tea party finished end of October. You could do a character breakfast at Café Mickey which can be a nicer way of meeting the characters than dinner in there - less people and less rushed service wise

No idea for the laundry costs...you could always contact the hotel and ask them dlp.guest.communication@disney.com

no, Cars n Stars doesn't stop now, so no character meets from that anymore. And as Carrie says, there is no character tea party anymore either.
If you want to do Cafe Mickey, I'd suggest lunch or early dinner there instead of breakfast - the breakfast price, in my opinion, is too high for what you get, compared to lunch or dinner there.

I love doing breakfast in the park when theres EMH on - but thats because I don't like eating early, so doing EMH from 8am to 9am, then having a 9.15 breakfast slot in the park suits me down to the ground, and I'd always pick that timeslot (or 9.30) if given the choice.

Thank you so much everyone for your replies. Oh noo i didnt realise that there is no more characters tea party anymore. I guess i need to plan for somehing else then.

Re the laundry i'll email them. Thanks Carrie

I'll ask for breakfast in the park when we check in. Sounds like a great idea having the breakfast there

I was thinking of booking cafe mickey for dinner. Has anyone seen stitch or lilo during dinner there?

Hello, can I just ask? A few of you are mentioning breakfast in the park. Is this free if included in your package? I assumed we would have to eat at the hotel every day. Also is it different/where can you go?

Thank you

It is free it's the same level as if you ate staying in SL and NPB. If you are staying in Davy Crockett, HNY and DLH its not an option. You ask when checking in as it's not always on and they will tell you where it is, you don't get to choose
