Perfect 10 Days @ The Fort
We stayed from Dec 13-23 and everything was perfect and went exactly as planned from the site that I requested to the 5 park days (20 minute was the longest wait once in line for MVMCP BTMR) using Easy WDW plans to the ADR's (15 minute was longest wait at one BOG) that I choose.
This was our first trip at Christmas and I was amazed at all if the decorations at The Fort especially at Loops 1200, 700, 400 1000 and others I can't remember. The one with the big red wagon that he actually drives was amazing. Trip report to follow when we get home with photos. |

We haven't been to the Fort sine January 2008. We miss it more than ever.
Our tentative plans are a December 2013 trip but as you did, before the Christmas rush. Christmas Day is on a Wednesday next year. My thoughts are if we come back home around December 20, it would work out well. How were the crowds throughout your stay? How were the prices for the Fort? I hear they are getting more expensive for December (not just Christmas week)? |

The crowds were very low. There were alot that left the Fort on 12/16 and then alot came in on 12/22. The crowds at the parks were low. We had a premium spot so of course we paid more. |

Can't wait to hear all about it. Maybe we can meet for Dinner again. I know you had a wonderful time.
We have everything booked for our next trip - Nov. 23rd thru Dec. 8th at the Fort. It's our longest Disney Vacation yet - 15 nights!!! We hope Kayleigh will get to Dance in the Christmas Parade again next year! |
