Have they reverted back to the "old" website?

I switched over to the new website last week. I manually entered all my ADRs, so exhausting (NOT). Last night at about 10pm est I went to the website and it was the old, user-friendly website and it's still there this morning!

I wonder if the took the "new-and-improved" site down to work out the bugs (like not having any way of making a payment online ).

Yes I went back to the old website. Stupid website. I was going to check in. Ugh. On the plus side I'm at 28 days and did my paper chain.

Well I'll be darned, I tried to refresh my open "My Disney Experience "page and got an error. Clicking the bookmarked page this time got me back to the old site. Looks like it isn't just you! I will say it is being buggy as it had before; any time I click on the "My Reservations" where it shows I have 2 room and several dining ones, it goes to an error page, and some are blank. This is certainly not better than the new site!

I had no problems with the new site except the Online Check-In kept giving an error, so I used a link someone else provided and it worked. I hope they get it back up and linked to the "My Disney Experience" phone app. The app was said to have been updated yesterday, but my phone offered no update for it, even an uninstall and reinstall was no change. We arrive on the 1st and it would be nice to have it all functioning from my phone!

Quick update 10 minutes later: Funny, but with all the errors, I just shut down my browser (Chrome) and restarted it. The old website (still just this morning), but the log in was slightly different than I've ever seen, and it did go right to my reservations as it had NOT been doing with the old site. It seems like they have made some changes to the old site after all.

I hope they stay with the old site. I was able to consolidate all my parties ressies, which I could not before.

Agreed! I was complaining to my TA last night and she said its been a nightmare for them too!

A global company like Disney should have a state-of-the-art website. I'm wondering if their incredibly complex set of variables for everything from resort reservations to admission media has IT flummoxed?

As someone who is new to the Disney websites I have to admit that I much prefer the look of the new one. But yeah, when I get to the page where you add the people in your party I have all sorts of problems and can't proceed past that point. If they don't fix it soon I guess I'll be calling to make my reservation.

I almost forgot how close my trip is. I haven't been able to log in or see my reservations in darn near a month now. Thanks for letting me know the old one was back, I have given up trying to log into the old one.

Yeah, I had the 'new' page on my home computer, and when I went on it this past weekend it went back to the old one.
