Week and a half before Easter
My husband and I are wanting to surprise the children with a trip March 20-24. Our daughter's birthday is the 21st and I have always wanted to go to the Flower and Garden Festival. Easter is the 31st, (a week after we leave), how crowded do you think it will be?
Thanks in advance.

It is a peak of peak time. The lightest days are 7's and the 24th is 10's according to Easywdw.com. A lot of folks use the week or two before easter as a time to visit because schools are out. I was originally thinking about doing it (my birthday is the 24th), but I decided for an earlier trip. If you can, I would say wait until about April 10th-15th (Depending on your daughters age and comfort taking her out of school). Average crowd is a five all five days or so.You also will save some money if staying on site.

We're going then, and have been for spring break before. Our daughters' birthday is on the 22nd (yep, both of them). It's doable, as long as you hit the parks early and enjoy pool time in the afternoon. We did a couple of park evenings, and those were pretty crowded. I think staying on site really helps in really busy crowded times.
