Just booked HRH package for september 2013 club level. Will be arriving in evening and want to go to parks the next day as early as possible. Need advice how we get park tickets & express passes. can it be done in the evening?
Where and how?

there are automated kiosks in the hotel where you can check in and get your passes and room keys anytime of day

How is it done? Whith the room keys?

the kiosk at the hotel spits out your room key, then either at the resort or at the park there is a kiosk where you swipe your room key and the machine takes your picture and spits out your photo ID express pass

You go to the hotel and they will give you your room keys. Each person will receive one. You then take the hotel key to the express pass kiosk in the hotel. You insert your room key and the kiosk will take your photo and spit out an express pass with your photo on it.

Also in the lobby with the express pass kiosks, is the park ticket kiosk. You insert your credit card (for ID purposes) and the code that is given to you in your reservations and it will spit out your tickets. This can all be done at any time.
