Your favorite "lesser known" Christmas Songs

I always like to update my Christmas songs list with a few new tunes each year. We all know the many classic Christmas tunes. What are your favorite "lesser known" Christmas tunes?

Here's a few of mine...

Candy Cane Christmas - Darius Rucker
Christmas Canon - Trans-Siberian Orchestra
The Christmas Song - The Ravonettes
Christmastime - Smashing Pumpkins
When Christmas Comes To Town - Matthew Hall/Meagan Moore
Wish List - Neon Trees

This last one is a bad one (but a classic in our household). I'm embarrassed to even list this one. Oh well...

Christmas Cash - Fred Figglehorn

One of my all time favorite songs is The Christmas Song by London After Midnight.

I also love the Robert Downey Jr. version of River and I like Christmas by The Who.

That reminds me of Sarah McLachlan's excellent... Song For A Winter's Night.

The whole CD is just amazing with unusual versions of The River, Christmastime is Here and Silent Night. This is an upbeat one, but most are moody and beautiful.

All of my favorite Christmas music is not 'popular' stuff.

Please Daddy (Don't Get Drunk This Christmas) - John Denver, originally, Alan Jackson's version is better.

The Twelve Days After Christmas

Wow, London After Midnight -- I didn't think anyone knew who they were! Haven't even thought about them since I was in high school

This is my favorite, lesser-known Christmas song -- Christmas Bells by Patti Page. I love it!
