Wolfgang Puck Express is where its at!!!!!!!! Seriously, the food is simply to die for. Its not cheap, which is fine cause your on the DP!!!! Great value!

Some meals that are delicious and to die for which I've tried are: spaghetti and meatballs. Meatballs were amazing. Pizza is fantastic. But my ultimate fave dish EVER is the bacon wrapped meatloaf with mashed potatoes and onion straws. Best i ever had. Portions are huge here btw.

I haven't tried their salads but i hear they're terrific. I heard breakfast is great too.

In epcot you should try sunshine seasons.

Be Our Guest (lunch) can be recommended for higher quality food including healthy options like salads. It was also posted here that the onion soup is made without animal stocks and is vegetarian. It's loaded with cheese so probably not really healthy.

It's expensive though, and the portions are not large enough to share.

I agree with all of the suggestions so far, although I have not yet been to BoG. I also think Tangierine Café in Epcot (in the Morocco Pavilion) is very good. I like Columbia Harbor House, too. They have a salmon entrée with broccoli and couscous that looks to be pretty healthy. I like the BBQ chicken salad at FlameTree BBQ in Animal Kingdom as another fairly healthy option.

Breakfast is the toughest one, I think, because there are a lot of breakfast pastries, which don't tend to be so healthy. Main Street Bakery has an Egg, Ham, and Cheese Croissant that at least will get you some protein. Many places do have fresh fruit, though.

I think all my favorites have been listed so far:

Columbia Harbor House in MK.
Flame Tree BBQ in AK.
Tangierine Cafe in Epcot.
Wolfgang Puck Express in DTD.

I don't really have any CS suggestions for DHS.

Earl of Sandwich is great as is Wolf Gang Puck Express. We like Contempo Cafe and Sunshine Seasons as well. We also love the Po Boy sandwich at POFQ. It is soooo good!
