For those who have stayed at Pop, is their oatmeal just an envelope of instant oatmeal that they mix up for you or do they put any nuts or fresh fruit in it? Are there flavor options?

It is premade plain oatmeal. They scoop a big ladle-full out of a large container. As far as add-ins, you can get raisins and brown sugar from the counter, or there's maple syrup and butter available near the drink stations.
