If you're planning for this year, probably anything you can get at this point.
If you're planning for a future year, it really depends on what you like. Note that a number of restaurants do not offer their full menus on Thanksgiving (and a few other holidays) and some have a fixed-price multi-course dinner with four or so choices for each course. Buffets, of course, are buffets and some restaurants still offer their full a la carte menus. Many restaurants have some variation on traditional Thanksgiving fare on the menu for the day. There is information on which restaurants offer what on the DIS and on sites like allears.net. We've had Thanksgiving at a few locations and really liked Artist Point at WL. They were one of the restaurants with a limited fixed-price menu, but there were plenty of options for everyone in our family.

Like the PP said, if its for this year, you probably missed the boat.
But, if for next year, I would suggest CRT! We had Thanksgiving dinner there in 2009 and they had a yummy traditional Thanksgiving spread, all in a royal setting! Best Thanksgiving ever!

Here's a link to the Disney site which shows the various holiday meals at WDW restaurants. This is for this year, but will give you an idea of what will be available next year as well. I believe allears.net has the menus. Since there is very heavy demand for the more popular places, you'll want to make your ADR as close as possible to your 180 day.

1) I like good food at Thanksgiving.
2) But, I also want a different atmosphere. 3) So, I have an off-the-wall and out-of-the-way favorite. 4) Trail's End Thanksgiving Lunch and Dinner Buffet . . . hearty vegetable soup, salad bar, fruit . . . smoked turkey breast, mustard glazed ham, corn bread stuffing . . . chicken, bbq pork ribs, baked salmon, penne pasta . . . green beans, glazed carrots, broccoli, . . . butternut squash, mashed potatoes, candied yams, . . . pumpkin pie NOTE: There are several WDW eateries with traditional Thanksgiving food. I don't think there are any bad choices. Turkey is pretty much turkey, and I can get that at home. So, I go for atmosphere I can't get at home. |
