Stolen Debit/Credit Card

We began making reservations and purchasing tickets back in May. Some of the purchases required payment in advance such as the Cinderella Castle Dinner, tickets for the Halloween and Christmas parties, etc. Even though they have already been paid, the confirmations/receipts say that I must present the credit card used to make the purchase in order to get the tickets. Since the debit card has been cancelled and a new one with new number has been issued, how do I handle this when I try to pick up my tickets?

You could call and ask what to do.

Did you get two of the cards, one for your spouse and do you still possess one of them?

Bring with you the old card if you have it, the new card, and also a reasonably recent monthly statement from the time of the old card showing transactions on the account.

This is about the best that anyone can do.
Last Disney trip: December 2010.
(some years ago) At a cartoon class at Disney Quest my drawing tablet malfunctioned, zigzagging all of the place instead of making a simple circle for Mickey's head. (today) Voter beware, you may have to touch or poke the electronic tablet or screen off center to choose the candidate you want.
