OT... well not entirely. Cooking question

We are headed to Disney in November but we do Disney a little differently than most. We will be towing our travel trailer to Fort Wilderness for a week. I am trying to plan some of our meals. Does anyone know if you can prepare a casserole with Velveeta in it and then freeze it to be reheated later?

I have two recipes that are family favorites, one is a bacon cheeseburger roll and the other is a broccoli cheddar soup. Both call for velveeta but I've never tried to freeze them.

I tried to ask this on the camping board but no one seemed to know.

Thanks!

I freeze cheddar broccoli soup that has Velveeta in it, and also macaroni and cheese. I've never had any problems.

There are no problems with freezing veleta, it stays maluable at any temp...

Crocket tavern has good take out pizza and fried chicken. Both good values, at least we thought about $18-$20 to feed a fam of 5. 2A 3K
