Well, it seems like there are a lot more people who are inquiring about travelling in february now,so I thought it would be a good time to start our countdown.
It is our second trip to Disneyland and I think I had about 20 posts before I left and now I am sneaking up on 700! Since I spend soooooo much time on this board I thought I would give this a go.
So,we are going to be at the Grand Californian Villas from Jan 31 -Feb 11. I can't wait

We will be @ VGC for 1 night only - Sunday Feb. 17th. That's Presidents Day weekend - my kids have off but found out they also have the Monday before of as well & I wished I would have done that weekend off instead so I could add another day! Oh well, we will still have fun!!

Us too! We'll be in DL the 9th-12th, staying a PP... and we've got an invite to CLUB 33!!!

As the trip gets closer I'm more and more excited... we didn't know we'd be there during Lunar New Year, Mardi Gras... and then today I learned it's also "Love Week" as a special magic treat for Valentine's.

I'm over the moon excited!!!

We are going the first week in Feb! It'll be my DD first time in celebration of her 5th bday. I personally haven't been to DL in 13 yrs so I'm super excited too! We are staying at our Timeshare less than 1mi away/has kitchen! So any tips from the pros are appreciated!!!


Dates are as followed- arriving Feb 3rd and cking out following Sunday the 10th. i Think we are just going to be getting a 3day hopper pass. I can't see my DH lasting any longer than that, lol! He's being an awesome sport about planning this trip for the kiddo- he doesn't do crowds all that well- Hence why we are going this time of year and not on my DD actual bday- Falls during the MLK rush- no thx! I think we will take a day and go do touristy things like La Brea Tar pits and maybe some other museums or zoos near by. Our local memberships have "sister facilities" that we can either get in for free or discounted so Im looking into that too!

We're planning a trip for February 12-17, staying at the Best Western Park Place Inn (love that it's right across the street, but may try to stay a couple of nights at one of the Disney hotels).

We're there Feb 4th - 13th, staying at the Anaheim Hilton. Flights and hotel booked and for! not exactly sure which days will be our Disney days as I have a friend who's a castmember so we'll be on comp tickets. Cant wait and I'll be wearing my lime green mickey head!!

Possibly going in Feb. Thinking late Feb/Early March or April a couple weeks after Easter while hours are still extended... but having a tough time deciding when to go. I've read HydroGuy's tips and everything, but I just can't decide... sigh.

I don't know for sure. We are considering the 3rd week of February, but are also considering the first week in April, during Spring Break.

Nothing is booked yet. I am just enjoying the pre-planning fun.

It will be our 4th trip to Disneyland/DCA.

DH and I are giving up our normal January jaunt to Las Vegas to go to Disney next year. Trying to get in another family vacation for DS!
