We are planning for 2013 too but not until December.
I know I can book the vacation in August-- Im ready now. I am planning the MVMCP. NO Procession though. Looking forward to the Osborne light show. But mostly-- seeing the new fantasy land stuff

When Disney feels ready to implement their next promotion they will do so. If other recent promotions have been any indication, for about the first month nobody will really understand it and the Marketing people will not have thought out all the ramifications.

We're going in January 2013 too! (check out my pre trip report here How early is too early for a PTR? Who cares! ) I'm waiting to see if free dining comes out for somewhere around the dates I want to go. If not we'll get the dining plan anyway. (With 6 of us we definitely use it!
 ) Do you have any ideas yet about exactly when you want to go or where you want to stay?

Disney at Christmas is SO MAGICAL!! It's my favorite time to go. Make sure you visit all the resorts...each one decorates differently. The tape the Christmas Parade around that time so you may want to check it to see if you can be a part of that. Have a wonderful time!

I'm new too, just registered today! Congrats on your trip, I too am starting to plan our 2013 trip. We're going late September/early October. 17 more months to go!!

Looking at August 25th-September 4th, 2013. My kiddos would miss the first 3 days of school but thats the easiest time for them to make up.
Also going to drive this time, even with gas prices the way they are it's far cheaper than flying.

Hi all!! Another 2013 planner here. We are doing March (thinking the first week) but we haven't decided on the resort. Also planning November/December 2013 - most likely a cruise but may throw in a few days at WDW too. So exciting!!
