Mickey Shaped pizza - moved from food porn thread :)

I know, the Mickey pizza is just too cute. For us, it's the ideal lunch-snack :) I love the china as much as the food itself, the ones from Cinderella's restaurant are so pretty, with the little birds and mice from the movie! Oh, and it doesn't only look good, it tasted very good too! :teeth:

Walt's is a restaurant in Main Street. The lobby is decorated with pictures of Walt and Lilly. The upstairs restaurant's rooms are each decorated in the theme of one of the lands. Decoration includes original concept art, maquettes, etc. I would kill for one of their paintings or statues...

Any rides the same as WDW

I kind of disagree: ToT at WDW is better. Not only is the building prettier, there is the aspect of the "box" going from the show-elevator to the drop-elevator, and the ad random drops, whereas at Paris it's the same elevator and always the same drop-sequence.

Gee Whiz - I wish I had the time...

I'm going to start with saying I only read the first post, so I don't know how the thread has turned out. I have quite some posts because I always get bored at work and have time to read/ post from there. I don't always post long posts. For example, I participate in the DLP quizzes, and...

Marrying at WDW and Honeymooning in Paris

Quite honestly, that is kind of insulting. There is way more to DLP than just the E-rides. Storybookland canal boats: all the dioramas are so pretty iasw: rather different from WDW/ DL All the neat little details all over the park that you can't see when you rush from one E-ride to another...

Word of caution - watch your buggy

I'm lucky, in all my Disney visits, I haven't really lost anything or hadn't anything stolen. Once I forgot my Minnie Mouse ears at DL's Indiana Jones; since it's a rocky ride, I had put them in the "pouch" in front of my seat, and being all excited and in a hurry to ride it one more time...

    Tea Room At Walt's

If it turns out to be like a PP decsribed/ wished for, it would be very nice for our day of departure: having tea/ cake before the ride back home! (now, we usually eat at Cafe Mickey, way too much, and feel sick in the car from eating too much, lol)

Noooo - Tarzan show cancelled for 2009!!

The Beauty and the Beast show I'm referring too was a little open-air show, performed at Belle's fountain near that mill-ride that never works. No live-singing, but some dancing, it was really cute. They also used to have a little Peter Pan show near the Pirate's ship in the summer time.

Marrying at WDW and Honeymooning in Paris

I kind of disagree that one day of DLP is enough. Two days are needed to do the main park + an additional day for the Studios. There are the typical spots to visit IN Paris, then there is also Versailles, the champagne-region that isn't too far, Provins which is a wonderful medieval...

Marrying at WDW and Honeymooning in Paris

DLP resort is smaller than WDW resort, it has 2 parks (park-with-castle and Walt Disney Studios), a Disney Village (comparable to DTD) and 6 hotels (+ one resort with cabins, but you need a car for that one). The Disneyland Park (the one with the castle) is actually the largest of the...

Noooo - Tarzan show cancelled for 2009!!

It's like the "Le Noël de Mickey" show that used to be in that theater under then Fantasyland train station; it closed, the theater closed and I'm not sure if it's used for anything else now? They also used to have a Beauty and the Beast show during the Christmas season, that one has been...
