I’m not sure what you are referencing. We did not use a DAS. My husband waited in the regular standby line. I waited elsewhere and met him inside the theater once he was inside. We did not enter the theater early. We entered at the same time as everyone else in the standby line.

Can we use a DAS for the Candlelight Procession?

My granddaughter got a splinter in her foot at Blizzard Beach last year and they removed it at the First Aid station. They were so nice and went out of their way to make her comfortable.

The opportunity to check the options are prior to payment so if you need something more specific you can call prior to entering your payment information. They also have a page on their website - ADA Information for Guests of Universal Orlando. They are ADA compliant!

Universal does allow people with disabilities to book a ADA compliant room. Once you go to the check out page there is a menu of options for those requiring an accessible room. They are in compliance with ADA.
