I agree with previous post. Unless you can talk the seller into a partial refund that you both agree on, it might be all or nothing. It wouldn't hurt to try to work with the seller, though, as he/she might be willing to work with you.

It seems to me that it is more rude to take up a table for 3 hours for "dinner" than to take up a table for less than an hour for dessert and coffee. Doing the math here, I think Disney is losing more money on the half-a-day dining sqatters than the quick in and out dessert eaters.
