The pollen in my area is RIDICULOUS. The haze in this picture is the pollen blowing off the trees. On the pollen scale of 0 (lowest) to 12 (highest), our weather forecaster said this morning it was 10.9.

I bought one of those Slingshot bags before we went to Disney. I love it! It is so versatile. When you get on rides, you don't necessarily have to take the bag off, just "sling" it to the front.

Looks like that $40 spent was well worth it. I am jealous of the trip to Charleston. I have been once before but didn't get to do much sightseeing.

It isn't silly! I am never in pictures so I started taking my picture when I see my reflection on windows or mirrors.

Or check to see if someone gets a discount through their government job. I think I am going to stick with Lightroom and it should cost me about $50.

I haven't had much time to play with Capture NX. I love Lightroom but probably only because it is what I have been using for the past couple of months. To me, Lightroom is very user friendly.

I do see a certain family resemblance there. Has your hair always been a lighter color? My mother's was always dark. In the past few years, she has been coloring it lighter and lighter to blend the grey so she can give up the constant hair dying.

I said the same thing in the other wide angle lens thread.

You guys and gals need to stop posting these wonderful pictures. (NOT REALLY) Every time I look at this thread, I get lens envy. Then, I just have to think about my husband who got upset when I spent $200 on a lens. I'll just keep admiring all the wonderful photos you all post. :worship:

I bought the 35mm f/1.8 lens last month and I am loving it so much right now. I leave it on the camera most of the time.

I washed my cell phone and it still worked. It was the fall in the cup of Coke that killed it.

Oh, the eye roll. :rolleyes: I know that look well. I saw it alot last month.

My six-year old daughter took this. I did process and make some corrections in Lightroom.

I am glad I wasn't the only one thinking that. :rotfl2:
