Looks like you snapped up the TSS GCV contract I was looking at yesterday. Very similar to the one we just got, but a lot more buyer favorable conditions (price and mf's). Good luck and nice to see some other Hawaii Disney people.

After seeing yours get ROFR'd it made me hesitant to try and negotiate a lower buying cost or more buyer favorable terms. I figured spending a few more dollars to increase the likelihood that it would past was worth the cost. Overall, I still feel like I got a good deal, so I am not complaining.

Just got a call from my DVC rep and she said the price for Bay Lake is now $150 per point with zero incentives...

We will be there from September 20-26. We are going for the D23 Destination-D and Scavenger Hunt Events. In the past I was able to go 2-3 times a year, but the last time we went to Disneyland was for the Haunted Mansion 40th Anniversary and D23 Expo last September.

The only places that I have found that have "sticky rice" is Mimi's. The rice at Mimi's is pretty good, but not as good as home.

Is the only difference between the different packages the choice of hotel? Or is it like other events, where the different packages came with different gifts. Since it doesn't say how many slots are availiable for each package, I would assume it is just the accomadations. I too also hope they...
