I did stay at Hotel Preston last summer. It was pretty nice, nothing special. It is RIGHT off the interstate (almost too close) and is reasonably close to Opry Mills. We paid $69 a night. If you can book it for that, it's worth it.

There is also a Radisson across the street from Opryland Hotel. It is still very close, but less expensive. You still need to check out the Opryland hotel, though. It is gorgeous! Have fun. Opry Mills is great. :)

Just got back from NYC-- I loved Rock center, but more specifically Top of the Rock. Gorgeous View!!! It is definitely a must see!!! I liked Chinatown mainly because I love a good bargain and there are plenty of those around there--Canal St. area. Just walking down 5th Ave. was great to see...
