    D23 Expo Ticket Help

Hello, I'm trying to purchase tickets for the D23 Expo as a D23 member. I was a Charter member, let my membership lapse, now I have resigned up for D23 with a new membership number. I'm able to log into the D23 website, however, it won't recognize my Membership number and last name to...

    Photopass+ DL/WDW combine

So we're leaving for our first ever DL/WDW Coast to Coast Tour soon. I've done Photopass at both resorts separately before. Do you think that we can use the same Photopass+ card on both coasts? We're starting our first click at DL on Aug 10 and ending in WDW on Aug 22. So that is within the...

    GCH VS new DLH

We also always stay at the GCH. It's the best there is, with friendly employees, convenient access to the theme parks, and great pools. However this summer, we will be staying at the Disneyland Hotel. We're soooo excited to be staying there for the first time ever. With the cool retro...

    Early Admission (MM/EMH/APEE) Super Thread

So can AAA tickets allow you to park in Toy Story? On my AAA tickets it says free parking in Mickey and Friends. I would think one could park in Toy Story though? We're staying in Worldmark with my elderly parents, and thought it would be easier to drive across the street, park in Toy...

Space Mountain, Big Thunder Railroad for 6 year old? Advice please : )

My son (6 yo) has been doing BTMM for a couple years now and loves it. He first did Space Mountain last October (when he was almost 6) and was scared because it was Ghost Galaxy. He also doesn't care too much for Matterhorn, but loves Haunted Mansion. My 3 year old daughter loves Matterhorn...

Who did YOU see at Goofy's Kitchen?

We've been several times to both Goofy's Kitchen in DL and Chef Mickey's in DW. Overall the food I think is better at Chef Mickey's. However the character interaction is way better at Goofy's Kitchen. Castmembers--you rock at Goofy's Kitchen. Everyone of them has been an actor or actress...

    Missed pictures

We just returned from DL Resort and I'm very sad I didn't get a few pictures of some areas and items. If anybody has these pictures, or can snap them for me, I would be very appreciative. Disney Gallery and old Bank vault with Shag Litho in it Make a Potato Head or My Little Pony station in...

    Splitting Plates...

We were just at the Blue Bayou and they never charged us either for our 3 y.o. daughter who ate off of my and my wife's plate. We rarely ever order anything for her, since she eats so little. But I was worried they were going to charge us for her for not ordering a meal, but they didn't.

    Grand Californian Super Thread

To anybody that has stayed in the new rooms in the Villa wing, can you partially view WOC from the Theme Park view HOTEL rooms in the new DVC wing (room # x240 - x260)? Is there any room better for this than another? Have any of you that have been in the theme park view rooms prefer the...

    Hotel Turmoil!!!

HA! I remember the Penny Sleeper Inn. That was the first place we ever stayed on our first visit to Disneyland. I was a wee 8 years old, and I LOVED it!! Personally, I will always stay at either the Grand Californian (love the grand lobby and exclusive entrance) or Candy Cane Inn (great...

    Grand Californian Super Thread

How bad of hike would you say it is from the lobby to the DVC wing? About 3-5 minutes or so? How would you think preschoolers would handle it? I don't mind the walk, but I'm not sure my wife and kids will like it after a day at the parks, or from going to the pool and back all the time...

    Grand Californian Super Thread

Are they still allowing GCH (or any Disney hotel guest for that matter) into CA park 1 hour early to get FP to WOC? I'm curious as to how it's working now that I'm finally able to go see it. Thanks

WOC Ariel's Dining a Character Meal?

I just can't find this info so I was curious for those who have done it or know. If I book Ariel's Grotto for the WOC Dining package, is this also a character dinner? Or are you separated from the rest of Ariel's Grotto because you are getting the perk of WOC Dining fastpasses? Thanks

    Fantasmic without the Dragon

I have it on good authority that Murphy will be back up on September 22--exactly one day before my family and I arrive. Seriously though, we didn't go to Disneyland last summer so I haven't seen Murphy yet. I was excited for this trip to see all the little plusses that Baxter and...

What rides are different in DL compared to DW, must do's?

Absolutely Indy and Matterhorn! Not in WDW. Also Mr. Toad's, Alice, and Toontown proper. Pirates, Small World, and untampered with Tiki Room are all better at DL. Jungle Cruise, Splash Mountain, Haunted Mansion, are all just a little better in WDW in my opinion.

    Kobe Bryant/Celebs

I once saw Johnny Depp. He walked right on by and I even got an autograph. I also weirdly saw Jon Voight, Teri Hatcher, Emma Roberts, Kobe Bryant, Orlando Bloom, and Roy Disney that same trip. Ok, so it was for the Pirates premiere. :rotfl2: It still counts, sort of. As seen in my avatar.
