Hubby has taken a cab there every time we have been in Nassau without a problem at all...priced per person, reasonable and safe.

From what I remember they had removed all the deck lounges on deck 10 so there would be more standing room, you might have to ask someone to get her a chair from somewhere..there are still seats down on deck 9 on the sides so that may be your best bet if you get there early enough to get one...

My kids are a bit older so we always watch from above...I would say, that if your kids are young and want to be part of the dance party, you should go to deck 9.

Thank you for the review. My kids are 16 and 17 now and although they enjoyed our most recent cruise I am thinking that in a year or two when we cruise again, we will be looking at other options besides Disney.

Been there numerous times and never once had a problem with bugs. Nor have I ever really noticed too many rocks in the swimming areas. Hmmm...were we at the same place as you were????

Brought everything in a ziploc bag last month, no problems at all.

My husband goes to the casino at the Atlantis every time we cruise to Nassau (most recently last month). He takes a cab from the port. I believe it is a flat rate and very reasonable. No need to book an excursion just to go to casino and walk around a bit.

We have always done the later dinner simply because we do not want to be rushed to get ready if we are having fun on an excursion, at the pool etc... There is plenty to eat at all times so we usually just have something light around 5pm and then dinner at 8:30. If you go to the early show just...
