I am going with my sister September 18-21 to celebrate my birthday (Sept. 15). Currently booked at the Candy Cane Inn but considering Disney property to make the trip extra special.

My sister and I were there May 1-3, she is a So Cal resident. She had to show ID to purchase the ticket and then the first time she used it (when they took her picture) she had to show ID. After the first entry she was not asked for ID again but her picture did show on the screen.

We were there during the first week of April around 1 pm and the wait was about 10 minutes, it was posted as 30 minutes but only took 10.

Last September I upgraded my 3 day park hopper ticket that I purchased from LMTC to a Deluxe pass. I was able to upgrade and use the monthly payment plan (I live in CA).

I met Steamboat Mickey in September 2016. I was excited because he is my favorite Mickey and it was my birthday!

I have rented from them about 4 times over the last year. Great customer service, clean equipment and drop-off is on time. I would recommend them.
