We have done baskets on pretty much all of our cruises and every time they are just perfect. From stuff for the kids to a nice birthday celebration for my wife they always come out great.

Yet another vote for Maya Chan! It takes about 20m by taxi to get there. We spent 3-4 hours there, had lunch, went on the sea kayak to snorkle, had an absolute BLAST!

We did the Dream B2B April 2012 and had a blast. We were off the ship in between for about 60-90m and had already boarded before anyone showed up. We kept the same room (big bonus) and dining table/staff, and didn't have to recheck the kids into the club. Going B2B on the Wonder this April...

We are splitting it up into 2 1 day chunks with a stopover in Savannah.

I did some calculations and since they don't fly on Saturday, we would go down on Friday (normal) but not fly back until Monday, which means 2 extra days of hotel. Add that to the $30/bag fee, it is back to ~$1000 for the 4 of us. I think we are going to stick with driving.

We are going on a cruise in late Nov and had the same opinion: family of 4 on SW direct would be almost 1k. We have decided to just go ahead and drive it. We are actually going to split it up into 2 days each way and even with gas/hotel/extra food we figure we are saving at least $300-$400...

We have been moved twice from late to main. With a DD who would fall asleep at 8:30p, late dining was not an option. Like everyone says, go to the lounge and get it changed as soon as you get on board...it shouldn't be a problem.

It's official, we will be joining all of you on this wonderful adventure! This will be our 3rd round on the Magic and all of them have been amazing in their own way! Joining us will be DW, DD(7) and DS(3). Now, we just need to finish potty training the boy!

Made it safe and sound to the Cape...flight as uneventful. We left our home in order to arrive ~2h before our flight anticipating long lines, and we were at our gate in about 15min...no lines anywhere. 1 bag was over weight (55lb, other was 49lb), so had to pay $25 but decided to just pay it...
