thanks much. once you have converted to universal dollars and start using them in the park/citywalk, if you for example use a $20 universal dollar bill do they give your change back to you in cash. thought we could use the cash at hard rock towards our bill!! thanks again.

what happened when i changed to the aaa rate is hrh charged my card the new aaa rate and refunded the rack room rate all in aboutr 24 hours time span

we changed our super saver rate for a club room at hrh from $305 to $287.20 per night going jan 17 for 3 nights. started at $349 per night so really pleased.:goodvibes does work out to be 20% off rate published rates for jan 08 and they confirmed our lowes welcome gift with the aaa rate...

several weeks ago i was able to book for late jan 08 at rack rate and told to call back in summer (try in june to see if aaa, etc was in system yet) but i do have a confirmed booking for 1/08

i called the hotel for the third time and actually got reservationist that would book my jan 08 dates at rack rates ($349 for club) and said to call back this summer to check on discounted rates. at least i finally got someone to book it. thanks bubba's mom. i'm finding out, like disney...

i've called twice and both times told dates for 08 would be available mid to late aug 07.. if anyone gets other info i would love to hear. we want to book jan o8 stay at hrh.

Hello new to this section as i'm a diehard disney resort visitor. we are going to Universal in january 08 and would like to stay in club level room. are all these rooms on one level and same level as the the club lounge? thanks much.

we are staying at the boardwalk deluxe inn keepers club. can't wait as we have never stayed in that area.
