Well, both our previous cruises were west coast, Mexican Rivera (2010) and Alaska (2012), and both had Pirate Nights. So they definitely do them on the west coast- at least in the past. Thanks for the info on dress-up optional.

We burn the photos to DVDs. We keep a set here, a set at my in-laws' and a set at my mother's. I hope you are able to get your photos off the backup drive!
