We have sailed the caribbean in March and the ocean is pretty cold. We also sailed on the Fantasy a few weeks after hurricane Sandy and the water at castaway was pretty chilly. I believe that was a November cruise.

You may want to book Remy ahead of time even though you don't have your rotation yet because on shorter cruises they sell out and if you at least have a reservation to start with , they will be able to work with you to try to switch it to a different night or time. If you have nothing reserved...

The evening before disembarkation make your way to guest services and pay your stateroom bill in full. Simply walk off the ship the following morning. Be in the lobby I would say no later than 8-8:30. The lobby gets very full very fast.

We stayed at Bay Lake last year and they picked up fairly late. We arrived at the port around 2pm. They were already putting food away in Cabanas.

Can anyone tell me if there are more than one laundry room on deck 6? I am aware of the one located in the forward part of the ship. Wondering if there is more than one on that deck.

Does anyone happen to have any photos of Cabana 18 ? We have it booked in September. Is it the last one on the family beach? I was told by Disney that they renamed/numbered the Cabanas awhile ago. Cabana 18 used to say it was located on Serenity Bay.

Forgive me for asking, but if you are already in a concierge room, isn't the only upgrade a Walt Disney suite? I'm sure they sell out months and months in advance since there are only two.:confused3

We have found it easy to just apply cash or travelers checks to our account. I go to guest services about every other day to settle it up and apply any additional money to our account. It keeps us on track with our spending.
