Received my 9.9 documents on the 15th (but I didn't book until 7.28) & it was the Halloween on the High Seas cover.

Both times we broke up the case & packed the bottles into different pieces of checked luggage. The first time the porter told us to do it. The second time I did it because of what I did the first time. :) I had no idea it wasn't allowed. Thanks for the info.

I have only taken 2 cruises, both last fall (Sept & Nov) 3-night Dream. For both, I packed bottles of water in my checked bags that I dropped off at the port. Neither time the water was confiscated. Was this a fluke or is this a new rule??? Sailing next month 7-night Fantasy & will be taking...

I think I read somewhere it's closed until sometime in December. Still haven't heard if the GF Cafe Grab & Go items are QS credits on the DP tho. It's probably not an issue for us, I was just curious more than anything.

Anyone there now speak to the closure of Gasparilla? To be honest, we use it mostly for the refills, which sounds like that can be done at at Mizners & at each of the pools? Anyone know how late those are open until? From what I understand, there are "to go" items at GF Cafe, but wondering if...

Were you in Sago Cay? If so, did you request marina view? I'm heading there in November & am hoping to get the same view! :)

We stayed GF for the first time last September & are hoping to stay again in November (although there seems to be no availability except TPV for our dates at this time--grr). We booked a Outer Building Lagoon View room & we had a Lagoon/MK view. I think TP has some incorrect views there...

In 2009, we got upgraded from Standard View to Theme Park View at the Polynesian. When we got into the room & saw the view I cried. Yep. I full on cried. I would get up in the middle of the night to see if the castle lights were off yet (they weren't). LOVED that view!! :love:

Hmmm...this is a toughy. I like the idea of an all inclusive trip as a gift, but I think the idea of staying at her dream resort trumps all other options & I'm sure your mom would love it. I guess, for me, it depends on a few other things... When are you telling your parents about the trip...

I agree. You'll be fine so long as you do the preorder of the meals. I preorded my meals, got to bypass the kiosk line & was able to find seating immediately. Food arrived within minutes. Have fun!

If she brings a stroller, she should be sure to open it up right at the doorway when others are trying to get into the party too. Love this costume idea! Can't wait to hear how it goes over at the party!!!

A few months ago Disney started the "length of stay" requirement for reservations. So many rooms available for so many nights starting on this date or that date. You're seeing that example...while the resort is available for your dates if you arrive a day or 2 earlier, but not on the actual...
