    Disney Food Pictures...Part III

Yes, it was the best meal of our trip. We had eaten at Teppan Edo once before, and decided to give Tokyo Dining a try this time. We're sure glad we did.

Someone please get me excited about Port Orleans French Quarter

This will be our first time at POFQ, and I'm really looking forward to it with the exception of the double beds. But, I think doubles are only 6" more narrow than a queen. I'm just so used to a king at home that anything else seems small. We've stayed at deluxes in the past, but we thought...

National Contract ID 5004625 - anyone use recently?

I just saved another $17 with the Airtran code. Every little bit helps. This is the first time in the last 5 years worth of trips that I've seen the rental rates as high as they are. The four previous trips were all around $160-170 for eight days, everything included. This year it's about...

Favorite Snack Credits Used as a Meal

We also love the ice cream sandwiches at Main Street Bakery, but I wish you could get turkey legs with a snack credit. The first thing we do every trip after check-in is to head over to the Magic Kingdom and get a turkey leg from the cart by Frontierland.

    ONE Dinner at Epcot...Which restaurant???

I'm going to have to say Le Cellier also. We've gone every year for the last three years, and have had a great meal each time.

    My review of Narcoossees

We had a 7:55 ADR and saw Wishes which started at 9:00. We waited a bit to order our entrees after ordering the appetizers, and it worked out beautifully. We watched Wishes from the deck outside, and a couple of minutes after getting back to our table the entrees came out. It's too bad the...

    My review of Narcoossees

I'm glad other people have enjoyed their meals at Narcoossee's, but everyone in my family agreed that this was our least favorite meal during our recent trip. We have two kids, ages 13 and 10, that are very well behaved and enjoy a good meal, but they, like us, felt this was not worthy of 2...

I wouldn't call the Mahi Mahi at Kona overly rich. The mushroom filet at Le Cellier is a on the rich side though with the risotto. If you aren't big on rich foods, the prime rib would be a better choice, or the regular filet is also very good.

Yes, it was just the two pieces of ahi. This was DW's appetizer. I tried a bite, and it was very good. It was so much better than the so-called "rare" ahi tuna appetizer at Narcoossee's earlier in the trip. It was so overcooked that I almost mistook it for Star-Kist. Sorry Charlie!

You'll have to ask DS13 about that. He is definitely not big on the condiments. He just recently began to put mustard on his burgers in addition to the ketchup! :confused3 .

    Best place for seafood

I am going to have to say NOT Narcoossee's. It was the worst meal of our trip. I've had better meals at Red Lobster!

    Anandapur Yak & Yeti Restaurant?

We just returned from our trip on Saturday, and Yak & Yeti has a LONG way to go before its ready. I could see the November date being close though.

When is Mexico's Tequila bar open?

I'd like to know this too! It would be great to knock back a couple of shots of Patron or Don Julio, and then a few passes on the Maelstrom.
