I got one, too, and remember reading somewhere I could swap the free QSDP for the regular dining plan if I paid the difference. Does anyone know if this is true? TIA!
I went in 2005 when appetizers and tip were included. Those were the days!! I didn't mention above just how much extra I spent on tips :rolleyes1 (please don't flag the thread; that is all I've got to say about tips!!)
Bummer! I went to Goofy's Candy Company and the apples did not have the DP stamp next to their sign. I didn't bother asking because everywhere else those puppies were expensive and not on the plan! Oh, well, you live and learn. RoYo1, hopefully you will have better luck than I did.
I was there last week and caramel apples were over $4 and were not included as snacks on the DP. This was consistant from park to park. I was disappointed!!
Sorry, got lazy... BB is Blizzard Beach. :goodvibes
As for Christmas/New Year, I would think RideMax would be perfect during that time frame. It uses statistical information pertaining to your visit time to come up with a touring plan. If Christmas/New Year has a high crowd level the...
Sorry, no photos. But here are some reviews if you are interested:
1) Yak and Yeti - I had the duck and it was delicious! Not at all greasy or heavy with a good flavor. My DS (10) had the Shrimp LoMein and my husband had the Steak and Shrimp. Good reviews from everyone! I would eat here...
It cost the three of us around $840 for 7 days on the plan (Myself, my 10 year old son and my husband (son's step-father)). I just added up my receipts and we spent $1,100.78 on food, not including appetizers, wine and tip not included in the plan. I'm sure we could have budgeted and made do...
Your 6 year old will love the Fort. My son is 10 and he still enjoyed chasing the lizards and frogs outside our cabin. My husband and I slept on the Murphy bed every night but one and found it comfortable and clean. Mousekeeping made the bed every day even though we folded it back into the...
I'd be happy if next time we visited Disney we owned a camper!! Waaaay off in the future, though. :goodvibes
I am not a picky person. That being said, the shower drain was slow and by the end of the week it bothered me enough to mention it to housekeeping. It was taken care of by the time...
Ridemax worked beautifully!!! Not only were we able to ride everything we wanted with little or no wait, in some cases we were able to pick up fastpasses sooner than the plan indicated so could ride additional attractions or the same ones more than once. I highly recommend this software!!
Ridemax is a software package you can purchase to maximize your touring and minimize your wait times! Here is a link to the thread: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?p=32568137 I purchased the 90 day subscription for $18 or so and it is worth every penny! You tell the software what time...
This was our fist time at the Cabins. My biggest concern was getting to the parks at RD and getting around FW since we didn't have a golf cart. I needn't have worried! I couldn't have been more pleased with the bus service both inside the Fort and outside to and from the parks. If you are...
We (myself, my son and my husband (son's step-father)) just returned home from a great visit to the World! We used Ridemax and literally didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for any ride. We arrived pre-rope drop every day - one morning we were the first riding in the front car on GTMR -...
