Omg, I have to agree! We got there about 3:40 today and had nearly the same experience. We got in the rightmost parking booth lane, only to find out we needed to merge to the left when were were only about 7 cars back. Whey not have cones way back, so the merging doesn't have to happen...

I pin trade with my kiddo at DLR all the time. I've never had a pin turned down and we've used tons of Disney store, or cheapy pins, with no problems. Jake chooses what he likes and they aren't always the "expensive" pins at all. Definitely bring them, they'll have fun trading!

The free ice water has to be one of my favorites! We carry those little sticks of Crystal light powder, and have free drinks all day. 7-11 also has their own brand of those drink powders, and the kids LOVE the bubble gum flavor. I figure we save a good 10-20.00 on drinks for a weekend doing it...
