Other than having your documents, camera's and suits for the kids, meds and such vitals should be all you really need. They really do get 99% of luggage where it needs to be in a quick fashion. Relax and don't break your arms carrying more than you need. But camera and suits are important...

While we didnt' do the rental to the Radisson I would suggest returning the rental the night before and taking the shuttle. We were very please with the shuttle service to the port and can't imagine having to find a cab to get back to the port on sailing day. We did take the rental shuttle...

I can only directly speak for our cabin, but the lock is near the top of the door and the doors take a good amount of pull to get open anyway, I know our 6 yr old DGD couldn't open it even when it was partially adjar. Hope that helps, verandah is so nice to have :goodvibes

SweetSpot, just have to ask what cabin you have....We had Erika and Sonja for Concierge and Denise for Hostess....They were great, doubt that Erika and Sonja remember us but maybe Denise does, We had her sign our door sign and we collected our towel animals til they had a towel shortage...

Scrapper, yes we walked from the dock into town, wasn't bad as far as distance, 20-25 minutes at my leisurely pace (read turtle) only thing about walk was that it is not the most clean area, and sidewalks were in poor to none. I guess the fact that we were probably first to venture that way...

Tom, the secret deck 7 verandah is all the way aft, thru a nondecript wood door. It is well sheltered from the wind and holds only around 30 people. The couple times we visited on our cruise we had it to ourselves twice and with one other couple once. A hidden slice of heaven :flower:

I assume from the contract that it would just shut down, altho it may ask if you want to purchase a new contract for additional time. When you log off the system it offers a page that you can open and shows you your package and time used/remaining. HTH Keith
