Just returned myself. I am planning and event there and toured the renovated model room. They are very nice and different look and feel to today. They are starting with swan and doing 100 rooms at a time by tower, they will build a wall on each floor to block the construction rooms. You...

They are doing a complete overhaul of all rooms. They actually already have a model room complete that i am touring Saturday. I believe the completion date is Dec 2015 but I'll know after my tour. They are starting with Swan first.

Has anyone shipped things to the hotel in advance before? Debating ordering diapers and snacks from amazon and shipping.

He will turn 6 while on vacation.

Looking for a table service rest for the day we go to Animal Kingdom. We will have a 6 and 2 year old with us. We have Yak and Yeti currently but reviews appear to be mixed, more towards the back. It doesn't have to be at the park can be a resort... Nothing too fancy.

Any other ideas?

I was following and choosing based on EMH for the mornings. I am not doing park hoppers and plan to come back to the room for naps :)

Taking a 6year old and 2 year old to Disney. We land at 10am and good chances we won't be able to get into our room then (Disney Dolphin. We are there for 7 days so penny of time to do parks twice. I was thinking Magic Kingdom as the little guy (6) is exciting for Buzz lightyear and Jungle...

I am staying at Swan in May. Since they don have fp+ yet, will I still have FP like we used to, meaning can you go up to a ride and get one? Then wait and get another? This fp+ and magic NAND talk seems complicated to me.... It's a vacation I don't want to think too much :) I do that too much...

I completly agree. The direct route would be Rt 24S to 195W to 95S to exit 13 for the airport the only spot if any you will get traffic is about 2 miles worth of 195 when it merges onto 95S stay in the left lane and go all the way through. Another thing is PVD tends to be a fast and easy...
