we always use Sanford, but our airline of choice is now using Melbourne, does anyone have any experience of either hiring an adapted accessible vehicle that services from there or assessable taxi from Melbourne.
I am trying to get through to member services to re new our travelex insurance but there is a huge wait time
went to try and do it online and it is asking which use year we wish to insure.

Hello! Just checked in to ssr and have been told that the congress park walkway to dtd is open again - reopened about a week ago. Haven't seen it on here so thought I'd post to let people know.
Off to bed now - AK and MK tomorrow
yes it is a cash stay reservation (dvc member) I have the reseveration confirmtion with the total due at the top but was not sure if it included all the taxes
I have worked it out :)
We have stayed in both the dedicated and the lock-off. the lock-off the accessable part was in the master bedroom.

there were no power assisted doors
can I ask is it just ECV's that comes under the new policy or does it also affect say hoyer lifts. read on another forum all medical equipment so panicing a bit
we have had huge issues re this as we also need to use a hoist and the bed had always been boxed in. not all the beds in the resort seem to be like this though, we were at SSR
we are from the UK so I imagine coming over from Australia would be similar. we were told that disney are ok with us using our UK disabilty badge but outside of that the vehicle would get towed away so not worth the risk.
we have just renewed ours again, you need to email over copy of both...

thanks :thumbsup2
I was going to wait and book more of a block i.e. wait and book another 7 nights together but MS has put the fear in me that the room might be gone so the panic in me is now saying phone each day
always waited and done the 21 nights in one go, for this time of year to...
I normally wait until around my check-out date before I book. we go for 21 nights and my son has special needs so the 'panic' in me preferred to do this so we had the guarantee of not having to move and move all the special medical equipment.
next year for the first time we will be there over...

I know nothing about Hilton Head.
Could anyone give me info on
are there any GV accessable vills
2 bedroom accessable villas
would the resort be fine for someone in a wheelchair
how far a drive is it from SSR to HH
its does help thanks, we are not covered, not a huge issue as we have alternative insurance in the UK to cover this but feel the cm did mislead especially when I specifically asked her and told her my son had a broken neck. she also never mentioned the rule about if you pay for it prior to...
