They have removed the online adr booking link on that web addy, so now wondering if there were issues that caused the whole system to crash (since people are being told that the system is down) or if they just aren't releasing the online system to the public now. Frustrating......

We had this issue with our annual passes (discount on TS meals with our DDExperience card). Anyway, they charged us FULLY and then the "refund" they gave us were Disney gift cards to be used. Not really a refund but the kids enjoyed the gift cards.
