I would vote on-site!!! And don't worry about your kids sleeping at night, because after a long day in the parks you'll be falling a sleep before them!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
On our recent trip to Disney we went to DTD on New Years Eve, and was hoping to eat diner at Rainforest Cafe or Planet Hollywood, but it was soooooooo crowded and the kids were sooooooooooo hungry that we decided to go to the simple way....and that was Earl of Sandwichs!!!!
REALLY IT WAS...
At your hotel food court!! I know all stars have little Mickey waffles and like POR has big ones!!
But it's true, just went for breakfast at CRT on january 4th and its preplated and no choices.
Just checked the web site of Universal, finaly its not that bad!! My twins girls will be able to do lots of things with us, my son who's 9 will love that park!
So we've decided to leave a day early!! Will be leaving tomorrow night for a 30 hrs drive!!!! Florida here we come!! :cool1: :sunny:
Thanks Jennifer!!
I think Sea World would be closer, but I don't think my kids would love it as much..
I'll check Universal again....maybe somehow it would be possible.... :rotfl:
I have two question!
1) We are family of 5, 2 parents and 3 kids 6-6-9 yo. Wich park is better CG or BG???
2) How far are does park from Disney/Orlando area??
Because we might arrive a day early, and wanted to do something we've never done with the kids! Would love to do Universal...
You know the thing is, that when your on vacation you want to treat yourself with things that you normaly don't eat at home. That's what the dining plan was for us! With 3 kids, they wouldn't get a dessert at each meal, that way the do!!! With the meal plan its no worries, only fun and nice...
Christmas is a really nice at Disney!!! If you go early december it won't be so crowdy, but if you wait until January you'll have to place all to yourself!!! :rotfl:
We are from Montreal, and in june we did it!! Left at 3h00 pm on a thursday and arrive at Disney on the friday night!! With 3 kids :rotfl: :rotfl:
We are doing it again in 18 days, but this time we will be leaving at 3h00 am and drive until late the same day/night and stop for the night...
I would say go to a resort restaurant, like :
Chef Mickey's at CR
1900 Park Fare at GF
WCC at WL
O'hanna at Poly
That way you'll have a extra nice dinner and you will avoid the worst crowds!!
BUT MAKE A RESERVATION ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!
When we went in june we had only one TS for lunch and the rest on them was for dinner, and we prefered it for dinner!! It was so hot, that by that time it gave us a break of the heat !!!
For this trip in 18 days, we are doing the same thing!!!
Thanks to all of you!!! :teeth:
I don't know yet what we are going to do, but we are thinking about it!
Lets say we have a 6 days ticket, and we use 4 days, they will be 2 days remaining, could I had 5 days and the no expiration ????
