We were at RPR two weeks ago. My husband and 2 sons watched the dive-in movie. They loved it. The boys had a blast. They saw Kicking and Screaming. They are still quoting lines from the movie.

I voted 2 story. The boys bedrooms are upstairs as well as a family room and a game game. That way, the downstairs is always nice and tidy in case someone drops over unexpectedly. You can't go upstairs unless I have 24 hours notice! ;)
