Tripadvisor seems to attract the negative and completely off the wall posts. I find it to e virtually worthless because of that. There are rave reviews for places that certainly don't deserve it as well. Just not reliable.

Picked up 2 weeks - both on our school vacation breaks in February & April. Just under $450 total with taxes. Great deal compared to a trade which would cost the annual fee plus trade fee- well over $700/per week or $1400+ compared to $447. Nice deal.

This is an older resort that seems to be well maintained & operated. Just off 192. Not many on site features except pools but plenty to do/see/places to eat/shop all around it. For a good price it should be fine. Not glitzy just utilitarian.

It seems most of the Wyndham resorts are getting the now mostly expected granite counters as they under go renovations. Resorts that want to be considered top quality have them as a "must have" feature.

We've done both (as well as Uno's, Anthony's Coal Fired & even Cici's) and for us Giordano's is the favorite. I like an Anthony's on occasion & Flippers wasn't bad but far from a favorite. People have different likes in pizza styles so try it once to see what you think.
