I have the same problem, I live in Brantford and I've only purchased carts at Michaels. I have bought some online at ohmycrafts. Whenever I go shopping state side I always stop in at the craft stores looking for carts!

We are also going around that time, supposedly it doesn't get too bad until wednesday, and we are avoiding WDW on Thanksgiving day, and planning to go to Epcot on Friday since it can handle crowds better. Jessica

I agree with faye. I am from canada as well and have been looking for good fares for november. Air canada wants $575 pp and if I drive for an hour I can get tickets for $200 pp. Also if this is not an option there is canjet, west jet and air transat for cheap charter flights. Plus no airport...
