Has anyone had luck with taking a virtual card to the store and having them trade it for a physical card? More and more deals seem to be for the virtual version and I need physical cards.

Has anyone not had a Target in store purchase not show up right away toward your circle offer? Shows in the my orders but nothing counted toward my bonus. I had a mix of grocery and gift cards ( Disney and Starbucks) Mine always show up same day but I purchased yesterday.
