I'm surprised they even did this activity. Most schools and preschools around here are NUT FREE. I can send in a peanut butter sandwich with lunch, but any school/class activity or snack cannot have nut products. I would be very upset. I don't think you are overreacting at all.

We had a great meal at Maya and would go back there even if not staying at the resort. The bus ride wouldn't be a problem and you could just catch a bus from Coronado back to a park/transportation to get back to your resort.

I was going to suggest toon town, by the indy cars. We watched wishes from there one night and it was pretty good and no crowds. Another place is off to the side of the castle, by the bridge over to adventure land or bridge to liberty square. Both places not crowded.

It was clearly marked on our Maya Grill bill that the gratiuty of 18% was included. We just didn't think it was fair that the tip was figured on the lower total that Disney was paying the restraunt. We figured it would only be fair to pay a tip that was based on the actual price of the meal...

Just an FYI... We were just at WDW last week and at every table service, we were asked if there were any food allergies in our party. We thought that was a nice thing for them to make note of.

We just wanted our waiter to be tipped appropriately for the food/drink we bought. The DDP bill was about 1/2 of what it should have been so we wanted to make sure the tip was off the menu prices and not the DDP price.

Just got back from WDW and got lots of Lanyard Pins. But can someone tell me the difference between the Hidden Mickey Collection and the Lanyard collection with the mickey? I thought you couldn't buy pins with the Mickey, but we saw some for sale in a store. Any help is appreciated. TIA
