I'd go with Flying Fish. The food and service are excellent, and I really like the atmosphere. Plus, there's tons to do at Boardwalk before/after dinner.

If you want a single TS credit meal, I'd agree with the previous posts recommending Turf Club. We really enjoyed our dinner there earlier this year. The food was good, the service was exceptional, and we liked sitting outside on the patio.

I think you made the right call. I don't think either of them are worth the 2 TS credits, but I think your logic is 100% right...the best part of Le Cellier (the cheese soup) you can get at a Kiosk, so might as well try something different for your sit-down meal.
