Do your servers know if you have a reservation at Palo? We're dining at Palo on the first night, so we won't have met our servers? How does this work? I'd hate to think of people sitting there waiting for tablemates that aren't going to show up?

We ate at the Yachtsmen steakhouse in November, and out of 3 adults none of us enjoyed our meal. Our steaks were not cooked properly, and my husbands was full of gristle. Probably it was an off night, but we won't go back for awhile.

For the signature dining at bluezoo the CM I had just said you can't wear your bathing suit!! I think she got so distracted by saying that, that she never finished what the dress code was!

I called at 7:03 and was on hold for about 25 minutes. I was able to book the bluezoo signature dinner with no problems. I have had my fill of disney music for the day tho!!!

You can also see and hear them from the boat dock by Narcoosee's at the Grand Floridian. It's a really nice spot also.
