    Advice for Split- AoA/Pop Century

I know- we never should have promised it. Poor parenting on my part there. I agree I think the trip will be magical to her regardless; meeting Ariel will undoubtedly overshadow any hotel room. I am curious as to your opposition to the split. Are they a huge headache? That was kind of...

    Advice for Split- AoA/Pop Century

That helps tremendously! Thank you so much! I like the idea of surprising her on the last day. :) Thank you also for explaining the room key/KTTW so thoroughly. I was afraid that might be a difficult situation. :scared: Glad to know it won't be a big deal at all! Thanks again!

    Advice for Split- AoA/Pop Century

I have a bit of a dilemma that I am hoping you wonderful folks can help me out with. We are planning DD5's first trip to WDW for April 15, 16, and 17th. I have made necessary reservations for BBB and Cindy's Breakfast, but we have been putting off booking room and tickets (mainly due to...

My one and only trip to WDW

I had to be defensive, lady. I couldn't get a word out without ten people jumping on me about it being a sin to spend only 3 hours at Epcot. However, I still don't feel I was rude. Honest? Yes. Rude? No. And no jovidan...those are not insults they are indeed opinions only. Insults are made...

My one and only trip to WDW

Alright, let me clean the chew marks off of my butt.... Now, what does this mean? If I have an opinion about WDW that isn't the same as other close minded people I have to leave the DIS? What, am I supposed to find a "Disney-haters" club to rejoice with? My whole point in all of this was...

My one and only trip to WDW

Well, at least I know how it works around here now. If you have a question about something in the parks, every one is more than happy to answer it. However if you have an opinion, you better keep it to yourself...those don't seem to be welcome here. Maybe I should have ended my trip report...

My one and only trip to WDW

Oh my goodness. It's hateful, narrow minded people that think they know everything because they were fortunate enough to have some Mickey ears shoved on their head as a child that disgust me. I hate to think that I probably came in contact with some of you during my trip (yes, that's right...

My one and only trip to WDW

Okay now.... lets clear some stuff up. First of all, I'm not a hidious Disney-hating freak who came on this board to insult every person who likes Disney World...that's just simply not the case. Also...everyone keeps apologizing for me having a "horrible time". My trip wasn't THAT bad. It...

My one and only trip to WDW

Oh yeah...I made the whole thing up. Why would I waste my time to do that? For any one that's wondering, we were there April 18-22. Stayed at POR in room 1432....do you want my reservation number too Dragon? Anyhow..... let me re-read the hateful posts you guys have so gracefully bashed me...

My one and only trip to WDW

Okay, now I feel like I'm under a microscope being poked at. I actually think that because I was "raised on disney" I was even more upset. I mean don't stone me or anything for having an opinion. I also don't want everyone thinking I walked around with my arms crossed the whole time with a...

My one and only trip to WDW

For the record, our honeymoon wasn't ruined by any means. We had a nice time. We were exhausted when we got home, but it was still nice. I didn't post my trip report to gripe and complain about my honeymoon. I did indeed have fun, as I realize that whiney kids and griping parents are included...

My one and only trip to WDW

Geez......put the pitchforks down!! Sure there were good times at WDW. The times when we were just spending time by ourselves.....out of the "hectic-ness". Perhaps we just picked the wrong spot for a honeymoon :confused3 As far as planning goes, our trip was planned to a tee. Thanks...

My one and only trip to WDW

I was eagerly anticipating my first trip to WDW, sadly it will also be my last. I guess maybe when you hear so many great things about the World, you start to imagine all sorts of wonderful things in your head. I really didn't know what to expect honestly, i just knew it was gonna be great...

    Will it hurt my film?

I've never flown before. This will be our first trip to Disney. My question: will the x-ray machines damage our film? I just bought 6 disposable 35mm Polaroid 800 speed film. These pictures will be our only memories...so will they be okay or acan I ask to keep them from going through the...

    When to leave...

This is our first trip to The World. We have a flight out at 5:00 on Fri. evening. What time should we leave WDW to make it on time? :confused3 We are taking the Mears shuttle. I really appreciate it!!

    Bride and Groom Shirts

I went ahead and did the stencil thing last night. They turned out super!! The black groom shirt was a little hard to do as the white paint didn't seem to want to cover it very well, so it's a little blobby. But nothing I can't fix!! The bride shirt is great!! Thanks for all of the...

    Bride and Groom Shirts

My only problem I think is that I want to put white letters on a black shirt. Can I do that with a transfer? Do you have any examples of things you've done iron on transfers on?

    Bride and Groom Shirts

:confused3 HMMM....that looks neat, but wouldn't you have to worry about burning that too? I like the paint idea, I'm just afraid it would look sloppy (like the paint would all blob together or something) Has anyone ever stenciled a t-shirt before? How did you prevent blobbing?
