I just got the Unofficial Guide and I would have to give that my vote. There's a lot of stuff that I didn't really know in there like times to try and goto rides and all that jazz. This will be my last post before I leave for WDW an a DC. Good luck finding a book!

I really like the soup in Canada. Japan is probably the best all around food though. The steak is always good.

This is probably a given to you, but definatly use headphones. I would suggest getting a splitter too, they come in handy when 2 people want to listen.

I might have to check that one out. We got Birnbaums(sp?) and for some reason it seemed extremely watered down. It could be because I've been there so many times, but hey what do I know.

I think it was John Candy in Cool Runnings that said, "It's not so much the heat, it's the humidity that'll kill you." Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, and rest if you think you need it.

It's not in the dark per se, with the gigantic screen it kind of lights the entire room. It's more like a hang glider ride, but you sit up instead of hanging, that's the only thing I can compare it to.

Was it done in Norfolk? I can't remember when one came in, but it happened a while ago. Ships from other companies have come here and I know at least once a Disney ship has come in. I'm from the area and it's cool seeing them when they come in.

I have eaten at the one in Aruba. It was extremely good. There are a lot of meats to try, and an extensive salad bar. I agree that it is expensive, but I would still go there. Even if you just go one time in your life, it's an experience.

It is best to do AK early for the Safari. If you don't do it early morning or late afternoon you won't see anything. There aren't a lot of big attractions at AK so you can actually get it done in half of a day if you go EE. Unless you want to see shows, then you should take the whole day...

I have stayed at Atlantis and it is amazing. I would definatly recomend going there for the day. If my memory serves me right, you can buy a day pass for the pools/slides/beach. The slides are fun for the kids, and the pools and beaches are very very nice. Best bet(like everyone is saying)...
