Looking for Family Friendly Private Tours in Paris

We are doing DLP for a few days then moving to central Paris to see the sights. Does anyone have any experience with a private tour company that would take only our family to some of the top sights? Looking to be efficient and skip ques if possible. We have teen girls (18, 16) so any...

    March 25, 2017 - 7 night Eastern Caribbean

If you are looking for something on St. Thomas, we chartered with Island Girl about 8 years ago. Friends chartered them Spring Break 2015 and were very pleased as well. Their info is here: http://yachtadventures.biz/sail_island_girl.htm It was just our family (mom, dad, and school aged...

    March 25, 2017 - 7 night Eastern Caribbean

Hello everyone. We (DH, DW, DD 16, and DD 14) are booked on this cruise. We just booked a semi-private charter sail in Tortola with Aristocat Charters. They are related to a girl I went to school with and are very highly rated on Trip Advisor. Check them out. The price is comparable to...

We just came back on Monday. We had pre reserved a limo as we would have needed 2 cabs and it was cheaper than 2 cabs. There were plenty of cabs at the pier when we got off the ship at 9:30. There were also other unmarked "limos" trolling for passengers. We used www.towncarseattle.com and...

Why should I choose DCL over another line?

I have a 10 yo who is similar. We've done 6 Disney cruises and she is always nervous that first day especially if it is a year where she and her sister are in different age groups. We just returned from the wonder. As is usual we gave her a big pep talk about how important it is to go the first...

Why should I choose DCL over another line?

I've sailed Carnival, NCL, and Royal Caribbean. Would repeat Royal Caribbean with the family but not the others - don't know that I would do the others even just as a couple. However, the hands down favorite is Disney. We are pretty low key and the Disney ships suit us well - family friendly...

White Pass Railway tickets at pier?

Absolutely - it is about a 10 min walk - most of it through the pier complex - it is right in town once you get there. There is a grocery store a couple of blocks away - make sure to get water and other stuff you might want. We also did the yukon suspension bridge, and...

White Pass Railway tickets at pier?

Just off ship today. Might want to consider an alternative... For $100 we rented a car from Avis (the only option) paid another $5 for a great guide http://www.murraysguide.com/. We went further than the railroad and IMHO saw way more for way less at our own pace.

    Mendenhall Glacier Dog Sledding Question

Has anyone done the Mendenhall Glacier Dog Sledding excursion in Juneau? I'm trying to figure out what company/heliport they use. Am hoping to leave via taxi straight from the heliport for the rest of our day rather than going back to the ship and wanted to know where the heliport was located...
