When my wife and I have a few hours to spare like that, we usually hit Downtown Disney. Meal at Rainforest or chocolate from Ghiradelli -- and, of course, shopping. Try one of the Mini-Golf places on property - weather should be nice even then!

There's a special deals and discounts page on the Sheraton website -- maybe that'll help?

Had a friend stay at the Renaissance, which is just across the street from SeaWorld, and she loved it (I think she posted about it here, will have to try and dig it up)...

I always suggest the Wingate -- they've got an Outback and Carrabba's nearby, and offer shuttle service. Rates from $95/night. Have a great trip!

I'd suggest Captiva Beach Resort. It's very highly ranked over at TripAdvisor (#4 out of 14). Very close to the beach, and I've heard from several folks personally that they enjoyed staying there. Hope that helps!

I've seen some snippets in searches that the Orlando Metropolitan Resort has Sleep Number beds (or at least Sheraton Suite Sleeper beds). I'll keep looking!
