Just off the Dream! I'll try to help with questions

willijen, as stated by ahain muster stations are scattered about. You can wind up inside a theater or lounge, or you may be out on deck 4. You can read the back of your stateroom door once you get inside to find out how to get to your muster station. Satellite falls is not just for concierge...

    Gluten Free on other lines

My 19 y.o. celiac niece was treated fantastically on NCL last summer. Never got Glutened (as we call it , poisoned) Had a special diet waiter follow her practically everywhere. Took her order for the next meal prior to leaving every time. Explained her options to her for port days. He carried a...

    Big eater

If you want more than 1 entree, appetizer, soup, salad, whatever you should try to tell the sever when he/she takes your order. Sometimes the kitchens are real far away, and if they have to trek back it messes them up. That being said, I always order as many of each category that I want and most...

    Has anyone parasailed in CC?

Done it both times I've been to CC. First time solo, my wife was hesitant. (It was great!) The second time we flew together & it was awesome. She told me she couldn't believe how relaxing it was up there & she was taking pictures the whole time. What a view! Was well worth the $$. We will do it...

    Ordering 2 meals

In Palo on May 3, 2013 (Dream). Not only did we get second entrees, but server offered to bring thirds. He would have brought us anything we asked for. Including 2 deserts each. In other dining rooms I always order a second entree & have never been denied. Order as many soups, salads, apps as...

Anyone else dissappointed in the Dream after sailing the Fantasy?

Don't know if anyone else posted, but my wife definitely noticed the difference between Royal Palace & Royal Court. The glass tile mosaic work is awesome. Aqualab is a better use of deck space. It feels like DCL just stepped it up a bit for the Fantasy. Most likely they knew a weeklong cruise...

So how dressy/casual for "casual" dining

I have worn dockers & a polo shirt every night for years. Over 25 cruises. Never even consider bringing a suit or tux on vacation. Shorts are out of the question in the dining rooms, cause my parents taught me to follow the rules.

Rainy days - Survival in the parks ?

:cool1: We were at "The World" from Sat June 19th - Sat June 26th. We encountered a thunderstorm on Sat night (19th) lasted hours. Had lightning and thunder in the afternoon of Sun (20th) but little rain. Dry & hot the rest of the time, no rain in sight. The forecast called for at least...

To Park Hop or not to Park Hop?

:cool1: I agree with magical. usually no middle ground. Also purely a matter of opinion for most families. I believe that if I'm spending the $$ on a Disney trip, we will always have the option of leaving a park that gets too crowded or hot or whatever, and head somewhere else. We also dine...
