This plan is a good one! Just make sure you plan but don't over plan. When I plan our trips I don't plan every minute. I make out a spread sheet that has the park with EMH am and pm (we are park hoppers ;)) for the day and I plan any dinning with ADRs based on that. ADRs are added to the spread...
