We were just there Feb 7-Feb 10th this year and had weather in the mid 70's. We wore shorts and tshirts with light sweaters for the mornings. We did lots of swimming too although the weather at that time of year can vary greatly.

We bought one day tickets for Magic Kingdom and purchased them at the hotel we were staying at (CBR) the night before we went so we wouldn't have to stand in line the day we went. I don't think there is anywhere to get a deal for one day tickets.

We never watched the night parade but the afternoon one was awesome. The girls 4 & 6 loved it and saw so many characters. We weren't planning on being there for it but am so glad we were. We left just before the evening parade and fireworks as the kids dón't like fireworks
