I booked 6 nights at BWV at 11 month window. Can I add nights to that reservation at 7 month window using BLT points? I have contracts for BWV and BLT and need to use BLT points or they will expire, so I am hoping to add nights to BWV reservation at 7 months.

We love to walk, I do 2 hour walks on nice days. Since walkways open an hour prior to park opening then it wouldn’t work out. Thanks everyone.

Thanks Sadisw. They would only overlap for a few days until I modify to be a true split stay. I always seem to have an issue booking BWV Standard 1 bedroom at 11 months so wanted to try it but read posts that said DVC might cancel reservation.

Is it possible to walk 2nd reservation of a split stay reservation since days will be overlapping at first?

It is 11 months prior to the checkin date And you can book up to 7 nights at once. If you have more than 7 nights then just book the first 7 and you can modify the reservation the Next day to add 8th night and so on.

thanks for advice everyone. I will make them lead guest on BWV. i was mainly worried that when I start making BWV reservation that my BLT reservation might get deleted since I was booking overlapping days.

Can you have overlapping reservations? For example, 8/1 - 8/8 at BLT and 8/7 - 8/15 at BWV. There would be 1 extra person on the BWV reservation And they want to check in there 8/7.

After the re-opening announcement, I wonder what they will do if you have a resort reservation and old style 10 day ticket attached to account in lieu of date specific ticket. I assume they will be contacting everyone with resort reservation with explanation. Hopefully.

Hope everyone is safe!! In regards to modifying reservation online, are you able to book your home resort at 11 months for let’s says 7/2 to 7/8 and then at 7 months attempt to change to 7/1 to 7/8 for different resort?

I also lost points but just mentioned the positive part in my message above. Just a very sad situation all around.
